I made dosha balancing herbal teas! I’ll be sharing these blends at my upcoming Ayurveda workshop, May 20th 1:30-3 pm

Kapha: blue lotus, comfrey, licorice, marshmallow leaves, milky oats, slippery elm

Pitta: black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, elecampane, ginger, orange peel, star anise

Vata: dan shen, echinacea, hibiscus, hops, jasmine, mullein, raspberry leaf, violet, yarrow

The shop will be taking a short break for a few weeks starting today. We’re in the process of moving and will be back in early July. We’ll announce a date once we’re closer.
