As much as we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we are cleaning up our policies. 👩🏽‍🔬 This is a business I’ve built from scratch and the reason I’ve been able to work for myself for 6 years. It’s more than just a little solo shop. It’s my income. How I survive.

I do my best to trust the person on the other end of the service and am very lenient when it comes to inconveniences etc. Unfortunately, sometimes people take advantage and I cannot be as trusting when it comes down to business being business.
