While this is very focused on her lil bean’s needs, she’s learned the hard way that if she isn’t taking care of herself, she can’t take care of her little one. That’s why I’ve made a point of working a little time into my daily routine… even if that just means using an extra luxurious lip balm or throwing on something extra sparkly.

Being a is beautiful, challenging, terrifying, life changing, and everything in between. Sometimes I need a reminder not to lose myself in all the craziness - and that’s ok.
