We are super excited about adding some fitness & wellness programming at our local Chinese Martial Arts studio Win-Win Kung Fu Culture Center !! 🙏🏼

Starting tonight - and all classes are FREE today - we will be offering two classes every Wednesday:

• Strength, Skill & Mobility - Youth 7pm-7:45pm

• Strength, Skill & Mobility - Youth 7:45pm-8:30pm

These classes will be a perfect blend of functional strength training, with both conventional and unconventional exercises, skill building such as coordination, balance, vision, speed, and plenty of mobility built-in exercises. This well-rounded approach will not only make the workouts FUN but will enhance performance at all levels (because we are all athletes on different levels 😉), improve strength & agility, reduce pain and billet proof your body 💪🏼🔥

What’s not to like?! We could all use a little bit more self-care and guidance 🙌🏼
