Neima was born and raised in Ethiopia until she moved to the U.S. and went to school in South Dakota (I thought growing up in Indiana was rural... but I was wrong 😅 )
Neima now lives outside the D.C. area and is super passionate about connecting American business owners to the best talent on the planet (which happens to be in Africa 🤗 ).
Since she joined our team, she has become the magic matchmaker connecting our clients to awesome talent and nuanced roles. For clients— you will meet her during candidate interviews.
When she’s not working... she is busy being an awesome sister, drinking too much coffee, and needs to be reminded to NOT work on Saturdays.
