Meet Paula.

Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Paula is currently studying to become an X-ray technician while helping create some of your favorite drinks here at Mr. Colombino.

When she’s behind the bar, her favorite drink to make is our Artisan Latte made with house-made hazelnut butter—a labor of love that starts with real hazelnuts and takes hours to prepare.

But it’s more than just a favorite drink.

For Paula, the rich, nutty flavor reminds her of moments shared with her sister back home in Colombia. It’s one of those tastes that instantly brings back memories, no matter how far away you are.

Ask Paula what she loves most about Colombino and she’ll tell you it’s the people. The conversations. The regulars. The feeling of community that turns a coffee shop into something more than a coffee shop.

That’s one of the things we love most about coffee. Sometimes it’s not just what’s in the cup—it’s who it reminds you of.
