We will be closing our taproom on Hamilton Avenue at the end of service on Saturday, June 6. Please stop in to say hello and order a last drink or growler before we close up shop, we’d love to see you.

Our goal from day one was to create drinks to delight and satisfy, to leave as light an environmental footprint as possible, and to welcome everyone through our doors. We are filled with gratitude towards our customers, our excellent local vendors, and our wholesale partners all around the ‘Burgh. Thank you for supporting our operation all this time. 

But this is not a goodbye–it’s a see you later. We will share our next steps once we close this version of Goodlander and begin the next one. 

The last days of Goodlander’s Hamilton Avenue taproom will be as follows:

GINGERADE (0% abv) made with ginger, lemon, and seltzer 🫚

Not quite a ginger beer and not quite a lemonade, GINGERADE gets the bright citrus from lemons and the sweet-spiciness from ginger. Adapted from the house recipe at the legendary in Eugene, Oregon. We start with a San Francisco-style ginger syrup, which traps the sweet heat of ginger in cane sugar. We add lemon Super Juice, a pinch of salt, and a measure of water. The entire batch is then mixed, chilled, and thoroughly carbonated.

On draft now + always: OOLONG SELTZER (0% abv) 🍃

We start with Milky Oolong, a Taiwanese tea varietal known for its rich, creamy character and its juicy, fruity flavor. We source our tea from , a Dutch company headed by Kiona Malinka, a renowned tea buyer and expert. We flash-brew the oolong in filtered water, chill it overnight, and carbonate the whole batch.

It starts crisp and dry, and finishes peachy-sweet. Contains no sugar. An absolute legend of a beverage.
