We received this note below from a customer last week. Honesty and compassion remain core values of this company as we continue to grow. We clean 10-15 houses per day and sometimes we miss the mark. Sometimes we break something. Sometimes we don't do a great job. Sometimes we are not perfect. But our team members and this company remain committed to always acting with the utmost integrity. We very much appreciate our employees who exemplify these values and our customers who notice.

"Hi Rachel,
The cleaner you sent out today did a great job. I wanted to convey a message to you about her. Not to get her in trouble, but to commend her actions. She accidently knocked over a porcelain bowl. She went out of her way to text me and own the issue. It is not a big deal. A simple fix. Some super glue and it was back to normal. We need more honesty and compassion in this world. She brought it today. Thank you for hiring great people. Have a great weekend."
