Teacher spotlight: the legendary Mrs. Sperry

Mrs. Sperry has faithfully served our school for so many years, since her own children were students, and now even their kids are students! She is a beloved member of our staff, and these girls have had the privilege of having her teach them for a few years now. She has built a legacy through pouring into each of her students through her teaching and prayer. What a treasure she is to our Covenant Academy family!

We had some excitement last week when a State Trooper with the Kansas Highway Patrol stopped by to give students a ride on the Seatbelt Convincer. They learned (and felt!) the importance of buckling up, as the jolt of even a slow collision could really do some damage if not properly restrained. Special thanks to Kansas Highway Patrol - Troop H for coming out and doing the demonstration for us!

Our last Chapel of the school year was extra special. Mr. Parish spoke about being doers of the word, not just hearers.

We also celebrated preschool graduation! Mrs. Joyce does such a fantastic job of loving on our littles. Kindergarten, here she comes!
