Sound Ceremony

Greetings Cary!!

I'll be facilitating a Sound Ceremony at Cary Yoga Collective Friday May 10th from 7pm-8:30pm. $35. This is a beautiful space with amazing acoustics. This has sold out the last 4 times, so please preregister at this link:

The New Moon falls on Tuesday the 7th, meaning we'll still be under its influence during the Ceremony. This phase is all about creation and manifestation. As the Moon gradually gains light each day, it's an ideal period for us to nurture our inner light, goals, hopes, and dreams.

Eye Mask (for a deeper, more introspective experience)

The central theme of this Ceremony is letting go. As the Full Moon rises, it signals a period of profound release, with the moon gradually shedding its light over the next 14 days. It's a time to let go of what no longer serves us—old patterns, unhelpful habits, anything holding us back. Take this opportunity to reflect on what you want to stop carrying into the year 2024. Bring it to the Ceremony and LET IT GO.
