Fourth Daughter

George LOVED this program at the Nasher Museum. His love of art history was awakened by this educational and fun afternoon. And he wailed along to the harmonica music played by our dear friend! Sign up for this program which will awaken your loved one!

This checkout guy in Harris Teeter asked me if I was having a good week. “Well, yes, I’m traveling to Italy tomorrow,” I replied. He wanted to know who was staying behind. He wanted to know if I was traveling with someone. I told him how honored I was to be invited on an adventure to help my stepdaughter buy an apartment in Florence. This post is not to brag about my trip; rather, to share my joy and delight to have been asked to join Beth and our granddaughter, Anastasia, in this marvelous trip. So, this Harris Teeter checkout guy wrote down our first names, put the list in his pocket and told me he keeps a “pocket prayer” to send up prayers for all of us. This guy sent me off with assurance that I was being covered with prayer. I’ll post throughout our trip to memorialize it.
