LIBERATION begins with self but is deeply intertwined with others.

To be exhausted means to experience extreme mental or physical fatigue. And folks... many of us are EXHAUSTED.
So many voices have shared that it feels like we're all just SURVIVING.
You are not alone in your exhaustion, you're not wrong for feeling this way. It is the result of oppressive systems - systems that steal our time, energy, and best efforts. That is by design. IF you're burned out, you can't apply pressure for solutions.
REST IS RESISTANCE
Make time to fill your cup so that you can continue forward. Rest isn't weakness or giving up, it's the critical ingredient to the ongoing fight for liberation.
