Eleven years ago, I started with almost nothing. I barely spoke English, I had no papers, and no certainty except one thing: if I kept moving, if I kept learning, if I refused to quit, life would eventually change.
And that belief is the same one I see every day in the people who walk through our doors.
This woman’s story may be virtual, but the struggle is real. Low confidence. Low energy. Feeling heavy, physically and mentally. Life gets busy, priorities shift, and health slowly moves to the bottom of the list. Until one day, something clicks.
