“Prayer’s Flags”

2020 will be marked as one of the most unforgettable years for me. Thousands have lost their lives and millions have seen their lives changed in unexpected ways. I’ve learnt to not take anything for granted and that I must work hard to put myself and others I care about in the best possible position. This picture is taken on the land of medicine buddha and we walked past these colorful prayer flags that were so beautiful! Despite what has happened this year, I hope that you all will have a better year in 2021.

This is the first photo where I’m trying to test my limits in editing! Started exploring luminance mask to only affect the brighter part of the water in Lightroom as well as using spot healing and clone stamp tools to remove distractions! Feels almost magical of how easy it is to remove distractions in a photo! Really opens up possibilities!
