Although Hearts Alive pulled back on offering its standing weekly Tuesday evening class, Soul Flow Pinole offers classes throughout the week including this new Sunday morning class.

With unique weekly themes, personalized instruction, and the use of props, you’ll feel supported and safe every step of the way. What to expect: 🔥 The Vibes: A cozy 83° heated room to help you open up. 💪 Activity Level: Moderate to Vigorous. 🌱 Beginner Friendly: Poses and sequences are broken down for all levels.
