4. A kettlebell can target and tone everything from your arms to your abs and your glutes. It is also one of the affordable exercise equipment.
5. Treadmill can be your go to cardio equipment if you don't want to run outdoors.

It's the first day of October, and one way to start it right is with this delicious and healthy KOREAN J*P CHAE. I can't get enough of this meal and one of my staple and comfort food that I always prepare for my family.
