Tonight I talked to the Howell Run Club at the courthouse in Howell.

Many of these runners participated in last year's Run With The Bear 5K, and I'm hoping even more will join us on July 25 this year!

The Howell Run Club is such a kind, generous, and welcoming group. I truly appreciate their support of the Larry Prout Jr. (The Bear) Courage Fund and the families we help through our nonprofit.

It was also great to see the nurse practitioner standing next to me in the photo. She works in the Brandon NICU at Mott and helped care for my niece, Elise, during her NICU journey. What a small world!!!!

Thank you, Howell Run Club, for a wonderful evening and for all your support. I hope to see many of you at Run With The Bear on July 25!
