Did you know that the muscles in your horse’s body act as “shock absorbers”? And that they need to be soft and supple to perform that function? When the horse’s muscles are tight or sore, and they are no longer assisting in shock absorption, the horse’s joints and feet take a pounding. It is best for the horse to have regular body work on those muscles to help keep them supple and functional.
