Next Level Nails

Change is both constant and inevitable.

I've been using Square since I started my solo nail career back in October of 2020. Sadly, over the last year, they've been moving more and more of the features I need to operate my salon on a daily basis behind a paywall:

Client notifications and reminders, block lists, direct messaging and email campaign functions, loyalty programs.

Thanks why I'm making the move to Booksy, primarily because it's accounting and financial tracking functions are far more fleshed out for the personal services industry than Square.

Over the next few weeks, I'll be switching over the client database and appointments to the new platform. I'll be working on building a new website for booking, and all while being in a play and working on DJ bookings! (I'm crazy, I know)

The last 7 years has been a long, tough trial. From working on commission in a salon, to breaking out on my own and finding a space to grow. It's not been easy, especially for someone who never took a formal business class in her life.

But the Season of Ta**us is here! And this bull is charging forth with renewed energy and purpose! Onward, to gorgeous nails and hopefully plenty of snacks!!
