Charles Hyde was an early promoter of Pierre in the early 1900's and true believer that expected Pierre to be the biggest city between Minneapolis and Denver.

Last night a group of people climbed the old disabled fire escape on the side of the St Charles building and had a drunken party on the roof. They threw several 100 pound construction anchors off the roof destroying our picnic table. They could have easily hit a person or a car parked below. Did some damage to the roof and they also stole your new flag that we replaced 2 days ago. WE WANT OUR FLAG BACK. If you know anything about this please let us know.
