🔥 Meal Plan Monday: Healthy Grilling Season

Summer grilling season is here and grilling can be a delicious way to build balanced, healthy meals. Aim for half of your plate to be fruits & veggies. Below is a list of common fruits and vegetables for grilling:
- bell peppers

- onions
- zucchini
- pineapple
- apples
- bananas
- watermelon
