I've been in NBA training rooms. They all share one thing: players get treated every day.

Not just rehab after an injury. The daily adjustments. Some treatment, some strength, whatever keeps them on the floor.

That's the standard here. Always progressing.

Not the insurance version: 2–3 times a week for six weeks, then "you're discharged, good luck."
