If you know me, you might get how outside my comfort zone this is. And, that I'll wear a green tutu all day long to support women owned enterprises and causes that support kids.

Ever feel like you just don't have it all together and everyone else does?

This throwback video clip reminds us - in the words of the amazing Dr. Amy Troutt - "There are more plates crashing in your head than what people see..."

And the video is a fantastic example of it - during this clip the dog took my shoe, my camera froze, it was a hot mess - and it was a time where the women in the room were completely connected.

This is what happens when we are willing to be less than perfect and authentically ourselves.

Something better is created for the whole.
