Next Level Growth Founder Michael Erath was recently recognized by EO Arizona as the Ben Brooks YPO Gold Mentor of the Year for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

As a member of YPO Gold, Michael agreed to serve as a mentor to a younger entrepreneur in the EO Arizona community. What started as a commitment to give back turned into one of the most rewarding experiences he has had in a long time.

Michael has been an entrepreneur most of his life. He has scaled businesses, lost businesses, rebuilt from nothing, and found his way to a place where he gets to spend every day helping other leaders do the same. None of that would have been possible without the people who invested in him along the way, many of them through YPO and EO.
