In celebration of Women’s History Month, members of our Aramark Destinations and Legal leadership team had the opportunity to attend the Women’s Snowmobiling Clinic at Togwotee Mountain Lodge in Moran, Wyoming.

A special thank‑you to General Manager Tom Nolan and his entire team for their warm hospitality and the exceptional ex*****on of this program. We are also deeply grateful to our guides extraordinaire, Olivia Lane and Angela Huss, who educated, encouraged, and challenged us to demonstrate true GRIT - building skills, overcoming fear, and pushing beyond perceived limits - lessons that translate directly to everyday business as we navigate complexity and overcome obstacles.

Olivia’s guidance stayed with us long after we got off the trail: “Don’t second‑guess yourself. Focus on the objective. Don’t start unless you’re confident. And once you commit, don’t let off the gas.”
Powerful words to live by - in leadership, in business, and in life.
We highly recommend this truly life‑changing experience. Whether through a standard snowmobiling tour or the Women’s Clinic, this program is an outstanding option for executive and corporate female teams looking to strengthen team dynamics, build confidence, and share an unforgettable experience together.

We’re excited to introduce an innovation at Lake Powell Resort that enhances the guest experience in a fresh and engaging way. Our new on-site micro-farm units allow us to grow herbs, greens, and microgreens right inside the resort, adding an interactive and personal touch to our culinary offerings.

Guests have really enjoyed seeing these ingredients featured across the resort. The micro-farm harvests are used in a variety of places, including our grab-and-go sandwiches, lunch buffets, and several of our line items such as burgers and specialty sandwiches. The added freshness and vibrant flavor help elevate everyday dishes and give guests something special to look forward to.

What makes this project special is how guests respond to it. The micro-farms often spark conversation and curiosity. Visitors love stopping to watch the plants grow, ask questions, and engage with our team. It has become a simple but meaningful moment that connects guests more closely to the food we prepare for them.

This addition reflects our commitment to creating warm, thoughtful, and sustainable experiences for everyone who stays with us. We look forward to continuing to grow, both in the ingredients we harvest, and, in the connections, we build with our guests.
