Qualifications and skills
- 5 years of development project experience
- Demonstrable experience in leading technical development teams
- Demonstrable experience with current Web programming languages
- Extensive knowledge of web service protocols, REST and SOAP
- Bilingual in both the Spanish and English languages
- Technical writing skills
- Strong Data analysis skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong problem solving skills
- Resourcefulness
