Helpful tips to avoid a 🔥🔥🔥
1. Stay away from the house- set up the fryer more than 10 feet away and never leave it unattended.
2. Find flat ground- oil must be even and steady to ensure safety
3. Use a thawed and dry turkey- extra water can cause oil to bubble and spill over
4. Monitor the temp- use caution when touching the lid and handle, and keep the oil temp under control
5. Be prepared- have a fire extinguisher ready at all times
