Arizona winters just hit different ☀️

I currently have a few fully furnished homes in Monte Vista Village that are being used as rentals and I love sharing these because they’re such a flexible option.

Some buyers use them as their winter escape, others rent them out seasonally, and a few do both. Prices start in the mid $30s, which is rare for something this turnkey in a resort community.

A few reasons:

✔ Lower entry price compared to many communities

I currently have a small handful of income-producing, fully furnished homes available there, and they’re a great example of how simple this type of ownership can be when it’s done right.
