Engelman Berger's own Michael Rolland published an important article in the Arizona Attorney magazine (Nov. '21) entitled Attorneys Respond: Video Conferencing in Law Practice. Michael and his co-author, Lois Sayrs, surveyed legal professionals in Arizona and collected responses regarding the favorability and effectiveness of video conferencing. The results were impressive and showed that respondents favored continued use of video conferencing for tasks such as oral argument and mediation.
