I’ve been getting this question a lot lately, so I wanted to clear the air! 🌵
Yes, I moved to Wisconsin. But no, that does not mean I stopped serving my amazing clients in Phoenix.
The reality of modern real estate is that almost the entire process can be done virtually and securely from anywhere.
When it comes to getting eyes on a property in person, I have an incredible local support team on the ground to handle physical home access whenever needed. You still get my strategy, my negotiation, and my expertise every step of the way.
As a matter of fact, I am flying back to Phoenix next week for client strategy sessions and home showings.
If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling a home in the Valley over the next few months, this is the perfect time to get on my schedule. Want to grab some time to chat while I’m in town?

Two years ago, I got a call that changed everything.
A family friend from Michigan was dealing with the heavy loss of her brother and didn’t know what to do with his home in Phoenix. It was behind on maintenance, sitting full of things, and a massive cloud of stress looming over the estate.
When she flew into town, we sat down at the kitchen table to lay out the real numbers. Most people think you only have one or two choices in that position. We looked at three:
1️⃣ Sell it on the market as-is. (Cue the low-ball investor offers, commissions, and endless repair requests).
2️⃣ Fix it up themselves first. (This takes upfront capital, time, and the massive risk of not getting that money back).
3️⃣ Sell the home directly to me and my investment partners.
She chose Option 3. It allowed the estate to immediately clear its debts and put an inheritance back into the family’s hands without lifting a finger.
But the story didn’t end there. For 6 months, my partners Steve D Valentine & Wende Calteaux Valentine and I poured our hearts into a massive renovation. We put food on the table for our contracting partners, raised the values for the neighborhood, and gave this home a second chance to be a safe place for a new family.
Fast forward to this month. I was in Bay City, Michigan, and got to walk into her thriving gift shop to hug her in person.
Once you work with me, you’re family. No matter the distance.

In most industries, you either adapt or get left behind. Real estate is no different.
This year, I decided to go deeper. I’ve been coaching with Geno D'Angelo through Glover U which has meant leaning into new skills and forcing a level of accountability that frankly keeps me on my toes as a business owner.
But starting in July, we’re turning the heat up. 🔥
From July 13th to October 28th, I’m participating in a business challenge called 76 Hard (a spin on the 75 Hard challenge). Every day, I have specific, non-negotiable metrics to meet.
Here is what’s on the line for me:
1. Skin in the game: I put down a cold $1,000 bet that I will complete this.
2. A disservice to clients: If I am not sharpening my skills and actively putting myself out there, I am not being the resource my community deserves for their home-buying journeys.
I’m putting this out there now because real accountability happens in the open. Consider this my official invitation to hold me to it, and when October 29th hits with my successfully completed challenge, (and that $1,000 gets returned to my bank account!), we celebrate. 🍾

Every rent payment builds something. 🏡✨
The question is: whose future is it building?
For many people, renting is an important season of life. But there often comes a point when you’re ready for something more: more stability, more freedom, and the opportunity to invest in yourself.
A place where you can paint the walls any color you want.
Plant roots.
Build equity.
And create a future that’s truly your own.
Because homeownership isn’t just about having a place to live.
It’s about building something that’s yours. 🔑✨
At some point, the dream stops being someone else’s... and starts becoming your own.
