Isaac Caruso

I sold some copies of Sam & Sara to Representative and at the Espiritu Loci office when and I met with policy makers to keep muralists safe from government overreach in the State of Arizona. It’s a bipartisan movement, because we have so much to gain economically from allowing murals to flourish without regulations.
Sam & Sara was is a grass roots statewide art initiative. I found people that wanted a mural about the power of imagination and painted for them. In international communities, like Sky Harbor Terminal 4, and Rural communities, like Chloride, Arizona. We all have a voice to share and our State is stronger for amplifying the message, not dampening it.

I was shortlisted with two other artists out of many applicants to receive a $225,000 commission with the Pinnacle Peak Safety Facility. My concept was of an older quail guarding a younger one. Ultimately, my concept was not selected. But, I’m proud to be entering into this arena in my artistic practice.
Just wanted to show everyone what happens behind the scenes here at Isaac Caruso Global Enterprises. Sometimes you get an L. Very grateful to the City of Peoria and the selection panel for their time.
I’m also happy to see Peoria taking an innovative approach to public safety, by designing spaces to be safer through the use of CPTED (crime prevention through environmental design) via public art.
