See you all this Saturday at 9 AM for our annual Halloween WOD! This is a perfect time to invite, friends and family to join in on the fun! 🎃👻

This Saturday we have 16 Back Alley athletes throwing down at the Festivus Games!

Come show your support by wearing a BA shirt and cheering on our members! This is going to be a great community activity. So bring your cooler, fold out chair and come hang out. We will have a BA camp set up. First workout wil start promptly at 8 am. Message me if you have any questions! See everyone Saturday!
