Sometimes growth starts with a game.
Game Group creates a supportive space for youth to build emotional awareness, practice coping skills, and connect with others through shared experiences. With guidance along the way, everyday moments like winning, losing, and problem-solving become opportunities for learning and growth.
Participants can build confidence, strengthen communication, and feel more connected in a space that meets them where they are.
