Join us for a morning of connection, relaxation, and playful mindfulness designed to support both caregivers and children.

Time: 10:00 AM–11:30 AM

Creating Calm is a special opportunity for caregivers to pause, recharge, and receive nurturing wellness services while children engage in meaningful, calming activities designed to build emotional awareness and self-regulation skills.

✨ For Caregivers: Restore & Recharge

Caregivers will have the opportunity to experience supportive wellness services, including:
-Massage
-Reiki
-Guided Imagery
-Gentle Yoga

Take time to breathe, relax, and care for yourself while your child participates in engaging mindfulness-based activities nearby.

Children will enjoy a fun and interactive morning featuring:
