A likkle Summertime update

I really just be put up, moisturized, juicing/cooking, and out the way.

I’m boring baby all I do is gym, a few 1-2 steps, and go home. (I say this every summer in AZ it’s really 🥵)

I wanted to show up digitally to say rest is ok and not being everywhere around everybody is powerful too.
The wiser I get the more intention I am with my presence. I had missed an event and I was like “well that’s ok this is my rest period I don’t miss anything meant for me.”

It’s like going to the gym (I’m a gym girlie 🎀) rest is the most important stage of growth and recovery is where all the gains formulate from the work you put in.
