Took a narly fall on my bike 🚴🏽‍♂️ this morning when out training with at 4 am. Wasn’t moving fast at all but went down hard cause I couldn’t get my foot clipped in, got frustrated and lost my balance. Went down hard on my left side. ⁣

Just so happens that the 4th Saturday of every month is our Pranic Healing clinic we offer to the community (a donation based clinic where we offer healings). I shared with and she said well “bummer babe, maybe come to clinic.” Haha 🤣 ⁣

Showed up. Received a healing from one of the finest One of the best ways to rejuvenate the body for athletes. ⁣

April 26th is the next monthly clinic. 10 am to 12 pm. If you aren’t able to come either make time in your schedule and bring your whole family or share with a friend. ⁣
