Wear them for 6 months all day and all night ! 24/7 🌞🌚
You have to take them off to EAT,DRINK, and to BRUSH your teeth ! 🍕❌🥤❌🪥❌

Each time your brush your teeth(morning & night) you should disinfect your retainers with ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP!
