When a worker's compensation incident occurs, MAKE A CHECK LIST!

It happens more than you think. A customer has an incident at a business - a fall from rolling their ankle on something left on the ground or, even hitting their head on an open cabinet. They seem embarrassed but not seriously hurt. You're relieved it wasn't anything more serious, or was it?
Always document! Remember to record things like:
1. Who was working that day?
2. Is their any footage?
3. Are there pictures of the scene?
4. Maintenance Records?
5. Names of any witnesses
