Healthy LifeStars recently visited Bricolage Academy alongside celebrity ambassador Xavier Rush to celebrate National Nutrition Month with the second grade students. 🍎📚

During the visit, Xavier shared his book Nutrition Alphabet, helping students learn about healthy foods and nutrition in a fun and engaging way. The excitement and participation from the students made the day extra special! 🙌

Students also enjoyed refreshing fruit popsicles made from natural ingredients as part of the celebration. 🍓🍍

Moments like these remind us how important it is to make wellness education interactive, positive, and memorable for kids.

We were honored to present the inaugural Karen Kraft Legacy Award to Joshua Grant of West Virginia, a true champion for kids’ health and wellness.

Karen Kraft believed deeply in empowering kids to live active, healthy lives, and this award carries that legacy forward.

Joshua is doing exactly that.

As Physical Education and Health Coordinator for the West Virginia State Department of Education, he has helped bring the LifeStar Challenge to one of the most impacted regions in the country, reaching over 7,000 kids in just two years.

But more than the numbers, it’s the lives being changed that matter most.
