This doesn't happen a lot but had the opportunity to help my Buyer purchase one of my own Sellers homes. Normally, always two realtors on each sale for existing homes. Both my Buyer and Seller happy to work with each other for 7354 E Hanover Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 for $665,000.

Anthem home closed yesterday for my sellers for 500K and now just have to get their purchase closed. Moving is never fun, but getting more land will be wonderful for this family.
