As Duchenne Awareness Day approaches we wanted to share some facts about this disease. These facts never get easier to read, or write, or face altogether many days. But they are all to real as this summer alone we’ve watched friends’ boys lose the ability to walk, and others lose their son too young. Duchenne Awareness Day helps bring awareness to this evil disease in efforts to bring great change.
Despite these facts we believe Fritz is strong, the family’s we’ve watched face great difficulty this summer are strong, and we can be strong because STRENGTH IS MORE THAN MUSCLE.
