We are excited to recognize our Employee Spotlight of the Month, Maryam Ceschia! Maryam is positive, hard-working, detail-oriented, and consistently focused. Her work in accounting happens behind the scenes, but her contributions are essential and truly valued. We are very appreciative of her dedication and the important role she plays in supporting our mission of caring for the elderly. We are so grateful to have her on our team—a big thank you to Maryam!

Q: How many years have you been with CMC?
A: 2 Years

Q: What is your role?
A: I’m an Accounting Clerk and my role is invoicing visits, receive and apply payments, make Bank deposits and collect on past due invoices.

Q: Why do you like working at CMC?
A: The company’s mission statement, “to serve the underserved” inspires me to keep going and it makes me feel fulfilled in my role.

Q: Tell us about a specific time you felt you were "doing great things"
A: Knowing who we’re serving and hearing great feedback.

Q: What's one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know?
A: I love the outdoors and love to cook for my family.
