Hey hey!! 😻 So the magical has inspired me to observe the way I make waste & challenge myself to make small but mighty changes to honor mama earth and practice . This was one of my first projects...cotton flannel reusable "paper" towels and facial cotton rounds. Making small swaps can reduce our carbon foot print, improve environmental conservation and save us money! There are a lot of great brands out there if you don't want to make them yourself. When I started my business over 5 years ago I never knew what kind of magic was in the making. These hands have provided respite, solace, relaxation, healing, naps, connection and so much more over the years. ✨
As I step out into a new adventure I can't help but remember all the moments that made my business worth waking up for. All the beautiful clients who also gave me healing and connection. One of my clients said to me this week that my gifts & magic come with me wherever I go, and so do these hands. Whatever the next venture is, so am I. These words gave me hope that whatever is next to come there will always be magic to unfold if I let myself step into it. 🪄Even if it's scary and unknown!

In the wise words of Dr.Seuss-
"You're off to great places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so get on your way!"

The time has come for my wife and I to say yes to adventure and lean into a new chapter of our lives. An amazing opportunity presented itself and we are taking some time to live on a friends farm in Virginia! This is is to explore all that this life has to offer, what we want moving forward and to embrace the season of change.

As of March 25th, 2022 Sacred One Holistic Wellness will press pause on seeing clients until further notice. I don't know for sure what the future holds and when I will be back in Arizona to reopen my doors or open in a new state? But I will keep in touch each step of the way!

I have dreaded the day where I would say goodbye 😢 Each and every one of you have made my dreams come true and have given me the incredible gifts of sharing in the power of connection and healing together.
