I don’t often post about programs, but this one is close to my heart. Finding Your Voice is a powerful experience created by my mentor, Cynthia James—and I’m honored to be one of the facilitators. I've been coaching since 2006 and when I walked through this work myself, I came away with something I wasn't expecting: a deep sense of peace and purpose. In a world that can feel loud and uncertain, that kind of groundedness is everything to me.

Laughing doesn’t always come naturally to me. I remember someone once told me not to take myself so seriously, and I remember thinking, “What on earth are they talking about?”
Mark Twain captured the importance of laughter with this quote: “The human race has only one really effective weapon and that is laughter.” I hope you’ll make an effort to find moments, people, or places that make you laugh or even to the point of LMAO!
Sure, there are some serious things happening, and I don’t ignore them. In fact, I listen deeply, offer up prayer and counsel when I can. But if I want to show up as the best version of myself and handle whatever sends our way, I’ve got to embrace laughter. It’s not just a nice-to-have; it’s essential.
