So excited to share this outfit I made for the pinup pageant! This was the first on stage outfit reveal I’ve ever done, and I am so happy with how it turned out. 💕 When I thought about this year’s Cry Baby theme, I knew I wanted to do something BIG and I thought, you can’t have Cry Baby without tears! The song Teardrops are Falling was a big inspiration for this, and the part in that scene where Allison drinks the tears she cried into a mason jar (labeled “tears” even!) has always cracked me up. This was the first clothing I’ve made since I took fashion design in high school which was… a long time ago. I’m hooked and can’t wait to make myself more clothes! For this, I made five separate clothing pieces, I hand beaded the skirt, made 21 rhinestone teardrop tulle appliqués for the skirt and the top, 5 two sided rhinestone teardrops for the fascinator, the fascinator itself, and the necklace I wore! Total it took me about 48 hours of work including the fascinator, it was worth every minute and every single rhinestone. 💕 I always say that even if you don’t fully know how to do something, everything can be figured out, so dream big and stick with it until your idea comes to life. 💕 P.S. - if you’ve never seen Cry Baby you are missing out, go watch it!

What an incredible weekend!! I am SO EXCITED to announce that I was crowned Miss ! I absolutely love this event and am so honored to hold the queen title for the year. Congratulations to , , and on your titles! The Cry Baby theme this year was so fun, everyone looked incredible and did such an amazing job. 💕 Thank you so much for being such a wonderful pageant hostess! Thank you to all of the amazing sponsors, I can’t wait to share photos of my fantastic winnings. 💕 Thank you to all of my amazing friends who cheered for me, danced with me, and supported me in this pageant. Thank you to my awesome sister and my daughter for coming out to cheer for me and for all of the support. I will be posting more photos, and videos really soon!
