Flying Samaritans Arizona - Phoenix Chapter

A reminder that May's business meeting is tonight at the Chandler Municipal Airport, 2380 S Stinson Way, Chandler. The meeting starts at 6:30pm in the conference room located in the main terminal. The main doors to the terminal are usually locked, so if that happens knock on the door located to the left of the main doors and we will let you in. Anyone is allowed to attend and cookies are always welcomed. The meetings usually last one hour. It's a great way to see the behind the scenes of what it takes to make a clinic trip happen.

and every moment of care is a reminder that health connects us all. Our volunteer doctors, nurses, and support teams give their time and expertise to bring compassionate care across borders, and in return, our patients give us something just as powerful—trust, resilience, and gratitude.

Today is a celebration of that shared humanity. It’s about access to care, the importance of community, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy life.

We’re thrilled to share that our monthly business meeting last night was a great success! February’s clinic is shaping up to be full and impactful. Home baked cookies did show up- thank you to our pilot coordinator/ treasurer, Pat. We met a new to our group pharmacist, Bryan. He will be going on his first clinic trip this month, speaks Spanish, and has lots of experience volunteering with international medical groups. Welcome to the Sams!

Everyone is welcome to attend. If you have ever wondered what it takes behind the scenes to put together a clinic, stop in. If you are interested in seeing what the Sams are about, stop in. If you want to bring some home baked cookies, stop in.

We hold a business meeting the first Monday of every month, 6:30PM. The meetings last one hour and we try our best to get everything on the books for the next monthly clinic. We would love to see everyone at the meeting!
