Time to look back on 2025! The real estate market in 2025 looked a lot like 2023 and 2024, but just a smidge better. 🔑🏠👍 While sales aren’t at the levels we saw during the boom years, activity remains well above what we experienced during the 2007–2008 downturn. With interest rates moving down to 3-year lows recently, I am hopeful for a positive 2026!
