Having fun in the kitchen today boosting my plain, store-bought RAW sauerkraut by adding a farm-raised carrot from the farmer's market and some Cajun Bell mini-peppers from my garden. You can try this too! Add chopped onion, jalapeno, tumeric, cauliflower, ginger, or whatever sounds appealing to you.

I try to get a few bites (or drinks) of a fermented, unpasteurized food every day. This helps your good "gut bugs" grow and feeds your INNER GARDEN, your gut microbiome, the seat of your immune system and your overall health. Tend your INNER GARDEN with a daily dose of fermented foods.
