It has been such an incredible week! I first want to thank everybody who worked so hard to get me where I am at this moment. I know I have been quiet for the last few months, but I’m ready to go! Opening day was Monday and my first committee (Education) ❤️ was held on Tuesday. After 4 hours debating on behalf of our teachers, I raced to my school board meeting. I spent the rest of the week meeting with constituents and submitted my first set of bills. One that includes keeping our youth safe from va**ng (more to come) and holding the to***co industry accountable. We may be the minority, but I am excited for the next few months. I will be a voice for our community!
