GCF team members from the Phoenix offices, as well as members of our sister company NewGen Advisory, took part in a team building event last week at a local paint and sip. While no one from our team will be confused with Monet or Rembrandt, there was plenty of laughter and everyone had a great time.

Its classification as an extended stay hotel is definitely one positive factor. Extended stay hotels have boasted a higher occupancy rate in recent years than all other categories of hotels. The Ashland area is also a great fit for an extended stay product.
